Andrew was accused of having sex with trafficked Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre, 17, three months after the picture was taken.

Another guest, Hyatt Hotels chairman Tom Pritzker, now 75, was also accused of preying on the teenager years later.

Both men deny impropriety with Virginia, who took her own life in April after Andrew paid her a £12million out-of-court settlement in 2022.

Andrew, who called the Norfolk estate event “just a straight-forward shooting weekend” in his car crash Newsnight interview, appears glum.

But others, including Epstein’s socialite “madam” Ghislaine Maxwell, now 63 and serving 20 years for sex trafficking, seem delighted.

In March 2001, Andrew posed with his arm around Virginia’s waist for another notorious snap — one that sealed his downfall.

Andrew and Epstein shared a well-documented friendship for some years prior to the New York financier’s arrest on serious sex trafficking charges.

In his notorious Newsnight interview six years ago, Andrew vowed to help the probe into Epstein and his warped madam Ghislaine Maxwell.

It comes as thousands of records related to Epstein have been released to the public in recent weeks.

At the start of September, the US House Oversight Committee posted a staggering 33,295 pages of material handed over by the Justice Department after a subpoena from chairman James Comer.

At the start of September, the committee also released Epstein’s 50th birthday book which contained a ten-page tribute from Mandelson.

The 238-page scrapbook was a grotesque mash-up of alleged tributes, bizarre notes and deeply creepy photos.

A topless Maxwell, weird animal pornography and gushing messages from world figures were all stuffed between the pages.

An entry from an unidentified woman even claimed she had met the Duke of York and “seen the private quarters of Buckingham Palace, sat on the Queen of England’s throne”.

It comes after an email from Sarah Ferguson to Epstein was released last month.

Fergie issued a grovelling email apology to the disgraced paedo while describing him as a “supreme friend” in 2011.

King Charles has reportedly now told both Fergie and Andrew to miss Christmas celebrations this year.

The Monarch, 76, also warned the pair he wants them to remain “invisible” at future royal family events, which would include using entrances and exits out of view.

The Duke and Duchess of York married in 1986, welcomed two daughters – Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie – then divorced in 1996.

They still live together at Royal Lodge, despite Charles’ repeated efforts to move Andrew out.

But few make her stomach churn as much as Jeffrey Epstein.

When she first got a phone call from one of Epstein’s victims Ms Bloom had no idea of the depths of depravity she was dealing with.

“Jeffrey Epstein is one of the most prolific predators I think we have ever seen,” Ms Bloom told The Sun.

“It really does shock the conscience. It’s really very deeply disturbing.”

Epstein died in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial – but Ms Bloom believes there are other “vile, rich men” who have escaped prosecution over their dealings with him.

Ms Bloom represents 11 of Epstein’s victims, who all bravely made contact after his second arrest.

She said: “I realised that they felt safer once he was arrested and incarcerated and facing criminal charges.

“That’s when victims who had had a secret for a very long time started contacting me.

“We reviewed the cases like we would any case – we have a pretty elaborate vetting process and ended up accepting 11 cases.”
